Mid-West Terminal Warehouse Company Forms New Subsidiary: MWT Bulk Services LLC For Immediate Release: June 1, 2003 Mid-West Terminal Warehouse Company, Inc. announced today the formation of its new subsidiary MWT Bulk Services LLC. The new company will assume operation of Mid-West Terminal’s river barge terminal in Kansas City, MO. David Griffin former Vice President of Operations of Mid-West Terminal Warehouse Co. will head up MWT Bulk Services as its President and CEO. Mid-West Terminal has operated the bulk warehouse facility since 1947. Located at the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers at Missouri River mile 367.1 in Kansas City, Missouri, MWT Bulk Services has the capacity and flexibility to handle all types of dry bulk commodities. The companies services include: bulk material handling, transfer, and storage; state-of-the-art material handling systems; crane capacities of up to 25 tons; three barge unloading positions; full river-rail-truck intermodal capabilities; 60,000 tons of covered bulk storage; trained, experienced, and dedicated personnel; on site truck scale; in addition to a multitude of value added services. ----------
